How to apply your credit on file.
We want to make sure the ability to you use your credit on file is effortless and always ready when you are. There are two ways in which you can apply your credit to your purchases., ONLINE & BY PHONE.
1. LOG IN to your StoryBook Account
NOTE: If your child was the name used to register for theatre school, the credit will be in your child's name and you, therefore, need to log in under your child to view that particular credit.
2. You should land in the HOME screen. Click My Passes/Gift Certificates.
3. Here you will see the credits you have on file. Select the one you wish to use and click APPL.Y.
this can be done at the beginning or the end of your transaction.
If you have not done your shopping yet, click CONTINUE SHOPPING FOR SINGLE TICKETS
If you have completed your shopping click CHECK OUT & PAY.
