Season 46 INSPIRED audiences and patrons enthusiastically returned to the theatre, showing how much the performing arts mean to them and their families. StoryBook was thrilled to return to a full season of shows, many of which performed to sold-out audiences!

Our 47th Season promises to build on this momentum with nine productions celebrating the EXTRAORDINARY in everyone! This Season promises to be a celebration of how ordinary people can impact those around them through their extraordinary actions – from simple gestures of kindness to grand acts of bravery. Experience the stories of a group of exceptional characters onstage, from different worlds, beliefs, and backgrounds, who will help us realize the capacity in all of us to be EXTRAORDINARY!
ABOUT STORYBOOK
StoryBook Theatre has been fostering over one million people's love and passion for theatre arts for nearly half a century. We are Canada's largest volunteer-driven Theatre for Young Audiences, performing from our home in the Beddington Theatre Arts Centre.
We bring stories to life that encourage children and their families to dream about who they are and may become, explore ideas from different perspectives, think using inductive reasoning, and make stronger connections to others. Each season we bring together some of the industry's brightest emerging talents both on and off the stage to create accessible theatre for the whole family.

We are seeking extraordinary sponsors to help elevate this season and create more opportunities for youth and families in Calgary to enrich their lives through experiencing live theatre, whether as audiences, performers, or students.
Research has found a correlation between attending or taking part in a theatre performance with increased mental wellbeing; as a sponsor your funds will help offset the cost of producing our shows enabling us to provide meaningful employment opportunities, more theatre school bursaries, and more subsidized tickets for low-income families and individuals.
We believe that theatre should be accessible to everyone and are incredibly proud of our ongoing commitment to inclusion- your support of this season will ensure that more individuals are able to join our StoryBook family and benefit from the magic of live theatre.
