SCHOOL BOOKINGS AT STORYBOOK THEATRE

We’re thrilled to once again welcome teachers and classrooms from across Calgary and beyond to experience the magic of live theatre at our Beddington Theatre Arts Centre.

StoryBook Theatre offers weekday matinee performances of all mainstage productions, thoughtfully scheduled and priced to support school participation.

Ticket Pricing (minimum of 15 tickets)

• Students – $20.50 each

• Chaperones – 1 FREE for every 12 students
  *Taxes not included.
   

How to Book Your School Group
Booking with us is simple! Follow these three easy steps:

STEP 1 – Submit a Booking Request | SUBMIT FORM >
Complete the form below to let us know your preferred dates and show choices. This is a request only—not a confirmation. Our team will review availability and respond within 3 business days.

STEP 2 – Confirm Your Date
Our team will contact you providing you with a suitable booking option for your group based on availability. An invoice securing your reservation for three days will be provided.

STEP 3 – Secure Your Booking
To confirm your reservation, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required within three business days of the invoice date.
 
Final payment is due 30 days before opening night of your selected production.
 
Unpaid balances may result in cancellation without refund.

Adjusting Group Numbers
You may reduce your ticket count by up to 10% of the original booking, with a credit applied to your account. All adjustments must be made at least two weeks prior to your performance. Want to add more students? Contact us—we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Show Content & Suitability
We encourage all educators to review the material prior to booking. It is your responsibility to ensure the selected production is appropriate for your students. Scripts are available in the form below.

Deposit & Cancellation
The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
 
For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled performance, any payments beyond the deposit will be issued as a credit for future use.
 
Cancellations made within 30 days of the performance are non-refundable, and the full booking amount will be forfeited.
