IT'S TIME TO PUT THAT DEVICE TO GOOD USE!
Let's Make A Movie is our brand new program that will give students the chance to create their own movie. Students, along with their instructor, will write, produce, cast, rehearse and film a movie all their own culminating in a final presentation.
The movie will use contributions made by each and every student giving them ownership over the final product.
HOW DOES THIS WORK?
Students will meet for regular rehearsals. Masks must be worn for the duration of the rehearsal process. StoryBook is still working with Alberta Health Services to determine the potential for the final class to be presented without masks in a film or theatre cohort format.
Please read our COVID19 protocols and practices here.
Throughout the process, the students will work to compile their movie. One week after the final "class" a viewing party will be held in the regular class time, for them to view the final movie. This will then be sent out via email to be shared with the whole class.
