Tickets are available for pickup from our Box Office, or can be mailed for a $ 5.00 fee upon request.

By default, your tickets will automatically be printed and waiting for you at the door of the theatre, 30 minutes prior to the performance you are attending.

Cookie Cabaret (3 - 6 yrs old) - Easterbrook Theatre

Festival Seating (first come first served) - $14.00 per seat

(Ticket price is per seat, regardless of age.  Children 2 and under admitted for free, if they do not need to utilize a seat.)

 

Adventure Theatre (for the whole family) - Pumphouse Theatre

Assigned Seating - $ 18.00 - $ 22.00 (Gala $ 26.00)

(Ticket price is per seat, regardless of age.  We do NOT recommend bringing infants to this venue.  It is not easy to leave your seat in the middle of a performance if necessary, and crying infants greatly reduce the enjoyment of the patrons around you.)

 

Refund/Exchange Policy:

All tickets are non-refundable

Except on the rare occassion when we have to cancel a show.

Credits are not given for unused tickets

We understand that there are various reasons people cannot use tickets, and they are not always in your control, however, in the interest of fairness to all patrons, the ownice to use your tickets or find someone who can use them in your place is on the purchaser.  Exchanges may be possible subject to availability as per our exchange policy below.

Exchanges are available up to 14 days prior to your performance

All tickets may be exchanged at no charge, for tickets to the same show, up to 14 days prior to your performance (subject to availability).  We require this notice in order to have a reasonable opportunity to resell your seats.

Exchange requests after this period will be considered if we can find an exchange for you to seats that we would otherwise not sell.  While we will make every effort to accomodate all requests, we can make no guarantees that we will be able to do so.

Exchange requests received after a performance date/time has passed will rarely be accomodated, based on our discretion.
